Simple, Convenient, and User-Friendly
Paymate’s payroll solutions come with convenient exports to QuickBooks® Online and QuickBooks® Desktop out of the box. After you create your general ledger (GL) entries in your Paymate payroll software, it can be exported to QuickBooks® within minutes. The setup process is simple and straightforward. For QuickBooks® Desktop users, we even offer a seamless integration with select products!
For QuickBooks® Online users, a proprietary integration application requires to be purchased and installed. With this purchase, one of Paymate’s technicians will help you install it and provide the initial setup. Once this is completed, all that’s left is to configure the connection between your QuickBooks® Online account and your Paymate payroll software, such as setting up your GL account numbers.
Suitable for Different Needs
To ensure that each customer’s needs are met, careful thoughts and considerations were put into the development of transaction interfaces. Two different types are available: Summary and Detailed. For Summary exports, the entire GL transaction will appear as a single journal entry. For Detailed exports, each GL will be a separate transaction to show the complete check and GL details.
Our integration application for QuickBooks® Online is no different when it comes to flexibility. You have the freedom to use either GL account names or numbers – both will generate the same results. You can also launch the application at any time. Regardless of your preferences, the integration can be set up to suit your needs.
